Now, instead of grabbing the magnetic lasso tool to make a quick selection for compositing or masking, click and drag with the Quick Selection tool. This allows you to see the areas of the image that you have selected. Click elsewhere and watch the selection grow to encompass these areas as well.
Refine Edge
Refine Edge cab be used to get a good clean edge, thereby eliminating halos, “jaggies”, and matted edges. This is similar to a choking a mask in Channels, only much quicker and easier to use.
